There are many ways to add students to the platform. Next, we’ll explain to you how to do it:
- You can add students individually by navigating to the student section from the main screen and clicking the Create New Student button.
- You can also import your students’ database by the import wizard. Go to Configuration > Students > scroll down until ‘Import & Export’ section > click on the ‘Open Import Wizard’ button
- Here you can use the selectors to activate or deactivate the data you want to appear in the Excel sheet to be filled out.
- Next, download the template and complete it with your students' information. Keep in mind that there is a code for each class, style, level, and fee (see at the bottom of the Excel sheet).
- Then, upload the template and verify that the data is correct.
Your students will be already import!
NOTES:
- Remember to complete the following information in the Configuration section, before you start use the Import Wizard:
- Classes
- Styles
- Levels
- Fees
This is really important
This is very important to ensure that students are in the appropriate class with their corresponding style, level, and fee.
