Discover what are they for and how to set up them



The advance fees are used in schools that have plenty of activities with different prices or duration classes.

Depending on the type of class, you can define a different rate.

Here, we will show you the steps to activate the advance memberships:

Go to Configuration > Memberships > Advanced membership




Once you activate them, you will see some letters. Each letter identifies a track type. One class will always have the same price inside that class group.




Let’s see an example: you’ll set up a fee for a 2-hours ballet classes:

Introduce the name of the track

Establish the monthly price for each class each week.




If you need to introduce the monthly price of one more class per week, click on the blue button on the right. You can include as many as you wish:




Once you have the different types of fees created, you can apply quarter and annual discounts.

When you have all the fees, you have to click on the Update details Advanced Memberships button. This step is really important. In this way, the platform will generate all the possible fees combinations.




Now that the prices are set up, it 's time to introduce them to the classes.

Access to a class that you have created previously.

In the section Details you will find the option Rate. Select the one that corresponds to the class:

When Default is selected, new classes that you’ll create will have that price by default.



In case you have the same price in different types of tracks, it’s important to unify so the fee system is kept as simple as possible.

Remember that you can check each student 's fee in the student’s list and in their profiles.

Advance Memberships facilitate the online enrollment process, since it calculates rapidly the registration price of the student.
