Create a Relative Account
Family accounts are an excellent way to verify your relatives' information regarding classes, attendance, and payments.
To associate a relative with one or more students, it is necessary to create a family account:
- Navigate to Students.
- Select the student to whom you wish to add a relative.
- Inside the student’s profile, go to Settings
- Scroll down to hacia abajo para Add Relative and click on New Account.
- Select the family relation and complete all the information required.
- Click Save.
- You can view a student's relatives in the student's Settings and also under their profile picture.
Notes:
- Although only a single relative may be added, it is recommended to select the father/mother as the contact person in the student's profile selector:
"-- Account Contact Information --"
This way, the application will display the father/mother's information for the student and will not generate warnings for missing information.
- If the relative is already created and/or is a student, simply search for the relative's name and select the family relationship to link them.
- By selecting the father/mother relationship, they will be able to access their children's information (attendance, classes, payments, etc.).
