How to Add a Prospective Student to a Trial Class

Next, we will show you how to easily add a prospective student to a trial class.

First, you need to activate this option in Settings - Students:



Then follow these steps, and you'll see how easy it is.

Go to the Classes tab and choose which class you want to add the student to.



Go to the Attendance tab and click on the yellow button on the right.



Enter the details of the student who is coming to try out (the first and last name are enough) and click the + Create and add to class button.
If the student is already enrolled in the academy but wants to try another class, you just need to search for their name in the search bar and add them.



NOTE:

If you want to keep track of all the prospective students who are taking or have taken a trial class, just go to the STUDENTS tab in the main menu and click on the Prospective Students button.
