How to Manage Online Registrations

With this option, students can register online for the school or new classes from their computer or smartphone.



Go to Settings - Registrations to activate online registrations.



Know you can set up the options you may need:



Require ID Document: This will ask the student to fill out this information as a mandatory field in the registration form.

Filter Classes in Registrations: Enable this option to create links that filter the classes we choose, allowing for more specialized registrations by class type. Display Memberships Prices/Table: When this field is activated, it displays all the academy's fees during the registration process. It is for informational purposes only; the student does not have the option to select a fee. If we use advanced fees and want to display them, we can also activate this option.

Accept Online Classes registrations: If we activate this option, registrations from students who sign up only for online classes will be processed automatically without requiring our approval. The system will assign the most suitable fee, but it is not recommended if we have a complex fee structure that could lead to errors.

Payment Required: To complete the registration, the student will be asked to make the payment. Note: To use this option, Online Payment must be activated beforehand.

Require Date of Birth: This will ask the student to fill out this information as a mandatory field in the form.

Require Postal Code: This will ask the student to fill out this information as a mandatory field in the form.

Files in Confirmation Email: This allows us to add an attachment to the confirmation email the student receives. For example, a PDF with the school's regulations or data protection clauses. You can add, edit, or delete files.

Bank Account Required: This will ask the student to fill out this information as a mandatory field in the form.

Add your terms and conditions in the languages you want; students will accept them when registering.



You can set up questions that students will answer during registration to request additional information.
