Invite a student to the platform

How can I invite students to the platform?

You have two options to invite students to the platform:

Invite your students one per one

Navigate to Students.

Access to the student profile.



Scroll down and click on the Send Invite button.

Choose the language in which you would like the invitation to be sent.

Send an email to invite your student to the platform.





Send an invitation to all active students on your platform who have not yet been invited.

Navigate to Configuration section.

Within Configuration, go to the Students section.



Scroll down to Platform Invitations.

Click on the Send Invitations button.

Send invitations to all active students to grant them access to the platform.

**Notes**

Make sure that students have a valid email address (otherwise, the invitation emails will not be sent).

Invitations will not be sent to students who do not have an email address in their profile.

When sending invitations to all active students on the platform, keep in mind that all invitations will be sent using the default language of your platform.
