Invite a student to the platform

How can I invite students to the platform?

You have two options to invite students to the platform:

1. Invite your students one per one

• Navigate to Students.

• Access to the student profile.

• Scroll down and click on the Send Invite button.

• Choose the language in which you would like the invitation to be sent.

• Send an email to invite your student to the platform.

2. Send an invitation to all active students on your platform who have not yet been invited.

• Navigate to Configuration section.

• Within Configuration, go to the Students section.

• Scroll down to Platform Invitations.

• Click on the Send Invitations button.

• Send invitations to all active students to grant them access to the platform.

Notes

• Make sure that students have a valid email address (otherwise, the invitation emails will not be sent).

• Invitations will not be sent to students who do not have an email address in their profile.

• When sending invitations to all active students on the platform, keep in mind that all invitations will be sent using the default language of your platform.
