Modify sound/audio preferences in the browser

We explain how to re-enable the microphone or camera option in different browsers if we have disabled it for any reason.

CHROME

In the address bar of the browser, there is a lock icon on the left. Click on it, and you will be able to select the options you want from the dropdown.
If you click on Allow for both the camera and the microphone, it will remain enabled for future sessions.

FIREFOX

Click on the lock icon at the top left of the web address to open the options. Click on the X to remove the block. You will need to refresh the page using the circular arrow.

EDGE

It's the same as in Chrome; you need to click on the lock icon and select Allow from the available options in the dropdown.

SAFARI

In Safari, you need to double-click on the lock icon and select Settings for this website:



Then, this dropdown will appear to select the Camera and Microphone permissions. Select Allow:
