Upload videos to classes
How to Upload Videos and Make Them Visible to Your Students
Navigate to Classes.
Select the class that you want to add one or more videos to.
Access to Videos section.
Click on Add video.
You can choose between Upload new video or, if you uploaded before, click on Select existing video button.
Choose your video.
Select the visibility filter you want.
You can publish the video immediately or select the date when you want it to be displayed.
Click on Add video.

Visibility Filters
Remember that you can select who can view your videos:
Public: Available to all users publicly.
Enrolled Students: Only students enrolled in that class can watch the video.
Students with Up-to-Date Payments: Only students with current payments can play the video.
Private: Visible only to administrators and managers.

Format
Videos have a limitation of 2 GB. However, it is recommended to upload videos of less than 200 MB. Generally, this means no more than 15 minutes of video.
Processing Queue
Once you upload your videos to the platform, our system will begin processing them. This means we will ensure that the uploaded video has the correct format and is playable on Android and iOS. Currently, we only allow one video to be processed at a time, so it is advisable to upload short video clips. This will facilitate the uploading of your videos.

Viewing Videos
To view the videos, students must access the Kydemy app (available on the App Store and Play Store) with their usual username and password. This functionality will be available as soon as Apple and Google approve the update. Videos can be viewed:
In the dashboard.
In the side menu, there is a new video section.
Within each class, the videos associated with that class will be displayed.
Notes
Videos are processed by priority, with our paying clients (Basic, Standard, and Enterprise) being our main priority.
