What do I need to create my custom App?
To create the mobile app for your academy, we will need a series of data and images required by Android and iOS:
Metadata: These are groups of data that gather all the information about your academy for your mobile app. It is very important not to exceed the character limits to avoid errors, as these are requirements set by Android and iOS.
Title: max 30 characters
App name max 12 characters.This is the short name that appears below the App icon once it is downloaded on the mobile.
Short Description/Subtitle: max 30 characters
Promotional Text: max 170 characters (only for iOS).
Complete description: max 4000 characters. This is the extended description that appears when you click on App Info.
Video URL: web address of your academy's promotional video, if available.
Website URL: your academy's website address.
Privacy/Legal URL: the address for your website's Privacy Policy.
Contact email and phone: needed so the publishing team can communicate with you.
Keywords: max 100 characters. These are not visible but help people find your app on the Play Store. Think of the words students would use to search for your app.
Category: At the end of the article, we list the available categories for both Android and iOS.
Images and resources: these are the logos, corporate colors, background images, etc., that you have chosen for your brand image. It is very important to send them in the specified formats and sizes to ensure they display correctly and without errors.
Logo in vector format: Adobe Illustrator, EPS or SVG
Main color: HEX format
Accent color: HEX format
App Icon - Background color: HEX format
App Icon Logo Foreground: Adobe Illustrator, EPS, SVG or PNG
Final App Icon 1024x1024: Adobe Illustrator, EPS, SVG or PNG
App Banner Image 1024x500: Adobe Illustrator, EPS, SVG, PNG or JPG

The client must create a student user in their platform. Important: It's better to use a photo, name, and contact details of a fictitious person.
Create some sample events.
Add the student to real or sample classes for this case.
Send some messages to the sample student.
The student should have a payment if possible.
Provide us with the Username and Password so we can run tests.
Important Note: this user should never be deleted, as we will need it each time the app is updated with any improvements.
