Create a Relative Account
Family accounts are an excellent way to verify your relatives' information regarding classes, attendance, and payments.
To associate a relative with one or more students, it is necessary to create a family account:
Navigate to Students.
Select the student to whom you wish to add a relative.
Inside the student’s profile, go to Settings

How to Export User Information in Excel Format
If you want to download all the data for students, family members, or teachers, you can do so from the Configuration menu within the Students section:
At the bottom of the page, there is a button that allows you to directly export that information in Excel format, so you can save it on your computer.

Navigate to Students.
Select the desired student.
Below the profile picture, you will find the information for the student’s family members.
Click on the Use Account Contact Info dropdown menu and select the desired account.
Click on Save.

How can I add students?
There are many ways to add students to the platform. Next, we’ll explain to you how to do it:
You can add students individually by navigating to the student section from the main screen and clicking the Create New Student button.
You can also import your students’ database by the import wizard. Go to Configuration Students scroll down until ‘Import & ExFew readersDelete student from a class
How can you delete students from a class?
Delete a student from a class it’s really simple:
Navigate to Classes.
Choose a class by clicking on it to access details.
Within the class details page, go to the Students section in the top tab.
Click on the downward arrow that appears next to the student/partner you wish to update (in the upper right corner of the box).

How can I invite students to the platform?
You have two options to invite students to the platform:
Invite your students one per one
Navigate to Students.
Access to the student profile.
Scroll down and click on the Send Invite button.
Choose the language in which you would like the invitation to be sent.

How to delete a student
Important note: When deleting a student, it is important to mark them as inactive. This way, you can retain their attendance/payment history for future reference.
To set a student as inactive, you must follow these steps:
Select the student you wish to delete from the Students section or through the quick search bar.

Discover how to take attendance for your students
You can manage your students' attendance in several ways:
From the class schedule:
Navigate to Classes.
Select the desired class.
Go to the Attendance section.
Select the day for the attendance list if the default day is not the desired one or create a new attendance list.

The student must go to their section in My Profile and once inside, select Notification Settings.

There are two ways to add a tag to a student:
From the attendance list:
Navigate to Students.
Click on the “Tags” field of a student
Write down the tag’s name and click on Create new tag.
Choose a color for the tag and select “save”.
